The Tasty Italia – International Travel Culinary Program at Centro Studi Italiani offers a unique and immersive journey into Italy’s rich culinary and cultural heritage. During their time in Italy, participants will take courses in Italian language and culture, with a focus on food traditions, sustainability, and the renowned Kilometro-0 Movement. 

Through curated experiences and expert-led sessions, participants will meet culinary professionals, local food and wine producers, chefs, restaurant owners, and food entrepreneurs. These encounters will deepen their understanding of Italian cuisine and help them make informed, sustainable food choices. 

The program includes excursions to some of Italy’s most beautiful artistic and natural destinations, providing a well-rounded and authentic experience of Italian life. Combining academic study, hands-on learning, and cultural immersion, this program offers a comprehensive educational experience in one of the world’s most celebrated culinary landscapes.

Target Audience

This program is designed for students and instructors in the fields of culinary arts, gastronomy, agriculture and nutrition, as well as for individuals with a deep personal or professional interest in Italian food culture.
